Return & Refund Policy
At Denim Joint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't fit exactly as expected or meet your standards, we are here to help you resolve it with a straightforward, transparent return process.
Our policy lasts 30 days. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return

Return Shipping Cost: If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For standard returns (such as change of mind or sizing preferences), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Return Labels: Once your return request is accepted, our support team will email you a return authorization along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking Fees: We believe in honest pricing. Denim Joint does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or completely incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@denimjoint.shop with a photo of the issue so we can evaluate the problem and correct it right away.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards, such as final clearance sale items or gift cards.
Refunds & Processing Time
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your returned item to confirm whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the request is processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account statement. If 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still have not received your funds, please reach out to us at contact@denimjoint.shop.
